A: Yes, modest dress is required as these are active places of worship. Both men and women should wear clothing that covers their shoulders and knees (no shorts or sleeveless shirts). Women may be asked to cover their hair when entering mosques, so bringing a light scarf is highly recommended. You will also need to remove your shoes before entering the carpeted areas of the mosques, so slip-on shoes are very convenient.

Unser Guide sprach sehr gut Englisch und erklärte die Geschichte verständlich und ohne Überfrachtung. Ein Tag, von dem wir noch lange erzählen werden.

Die Landschaft und die Tempel sind noch beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Sehr empfehlenswert, besonders wenn man wenig Zeit in Ägypten hat.
