Your trip starts with pickup from your hotel in Hurghada, then transfer to the marina to board the diving boat. Meet your professional dive team and receive a safety briefing before sailing to selected diving sites in the Red Sea. Beginners can enjoy an introductory dive with instructor assistance, while certified divers can dive according to their experience level. Between dives, relax on board and enjoy the sea views. Lunch will be served during the trip before sailing back to the marina and returning to your hotel.

Hurghada Scuba Diving Experience — Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a diving license or previous experience?
No. The trip is designed for first-time divers as an introductory (discover scuba) dive. You'll get a full briefing and training session, then dive accompanied one-on-one by a certified instructor. Certified divers are welcome too and can join deeper guided dives.
How long does the trip last?
It's a full-day trip of around 7–8 hours, usually from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including hotel transfers, the boat ride to the reef, the briefing and training, one or two dives, and lunch on board.
How deep will I dive and how long is the dive?
Introductory dives go to a maximum depth of about 6–12 meters and last around 20–30 minutes underwater. Certified divers can go deeper depending on their certification level, up to 18 or 30 meters.
What is included in the price?
The trip includes hotel pickup and drop-off, the boat trip, full diving equipment (wetsuit, BCD, regulator, tank, weights, mask and fins), a certified instructor or dive guide, an open-buffet lunch, and soft drinks and water. Underwater photos and marine park fees may be extra.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Basic comfort in the water is enough for an introductory dive — you don't need to be a strong swimmer since the BCD keeps you buoyant and your instructor stays with you throughout the dive.
Is there a minimum age for scuba diving?
Yes. The usual minimum age for an introductory dive is 10 years, and children dive with an instructor at reduced depths. Snorkeling is available for younger family members on the same boat.
Are there any health restrictions?
Diving isn't recommended for people with serious heart or lung conditions, asthma, epilepsy, ear or sinus problems, or for pregnant women. You'll complete a short medical questionnaire before diving; if in doubt, check with your doctor beforehand.
What marine life will I see?
The Red Sea reefs near Hurghada are among the richest in the world — expect clownfish, lionfish, parrotfish, moray eels, groupers, and colorful soft and hard corals, with occasional sightings of turtles and rays.
Can I fly after diving?
Yes, but not immediately. The general rule is to wait at least 18–24 hours after your last dive before flying, so plan your diving day at least one full day before your departure flight.
What should I bring with me?
Bring your swimsuit, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and cash for optional extras like underwater photos. If you're a certified diver, bring your certification card and logbook.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the trip, and rescheduling is possible at no extra cost subject to availability. If sea conditions are unsafe, the trip is moved to another day or fully refunded.
