Your tour starts with pickup from your hotel in Hurghada, then transfer to the desert safari station. After a short safety briefing, begin your adventure through the Eastern Desert by 4x4 vehicle or quad bike according to the selected option. Continue to a Bedouin village where you can learn about local desert traditions, enjoy Bedouin tea, and experience a short camel ride. Take time for photos and enjoy the beautiful desert sunset before returning back to your hotel in Hurghada.

What does the Desert Safari trip include?
The trip includes hotel pickup and drop-off, a quad bike or buggy ride through the Eastern Desert, a visit to an authentic Bedouin village, a camel ride, Bedouin tea, a traditional BBQ dinner, and a live show with folklore dancing under the stars.
How long does the safari last?
The safari lasts around 5–6 hours, usually starting in the afternoon (around 2:00–3:00 PM) and ending after sunset and dinner, so you enjoy both the desert scenery in daylight and the evening show.
Do I need experience to drive a quad bike?
No experience is needed. You get a short training session before the ride, and the convoy is led by professional guides at a safe pace. Automatic quads make driving easy even for complete beginners.
Can children join the safari?
Yes. Children can ride as passengers with a parent on a double quad or in a buggy, and the Bedouin village, camel ride, and show are family-friendly. Minimum age to drive a quad alone is usually 16.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable closed shoes and casual clothes you don't mind getting dusty. Bring sunglasses, a scarf or bandana to protect against sand, sunscreen, a light jacket for the cool desert evening, and some cash for optional extras.
What happens at the Bedouin village?
You experience traditional Bedouin life: freshly baked bread, mint tea, a camel ride, and a look at local handicrafts. You'll also learn how Bedouins live in the desert, and can watch the sunset over the mountains before dinner.
Is dinner included, and are there vegetarian options?
Yes, a BBQ dinner with grilled meats, rice, salads, and bread is included, along with soft drinks or tea. Vegetarian options are available — just let us know when booking.
Is the desert safari safe?
Yes. All rides are led by experienced guides in a convoy, helmets and goggles are provided, quads are regularly maintained, and the route follows designated desert tracks. You ride at a pace you're comfortable with.
Can I watch the stars during the trip?
Yes. After dinner and the show, there's usually time for stargazing — the desert sky away from city lights is spectacular, and on clear nights guides point out planets and constellations.
What time is hotel pickup?
Pickup is usually between 1:30 and 3:00 PM depending on your hotel's location in Hurghada, El Gouna, Makadi Bay, or Sahl Hasheesh. The exact time is confirmed a day before the trip.
